Bleman-Elm

Blenman-Elm is one of Tucson's most freshly designated historic neighborhoods. West of Country Club Road and north of Speedway Boulevard, the immense borough of 900 contributing houses dates starting from the 1920s to the 1950s. Its homes vary from Spanish Colonial revival to brick ranch. Still as one of the most recent historic district, Blenman-Elm's greatest characteristics hearken back to some of the oldest. Prearranged in a grid pattern, Blenman-Elm has landscaped front yards, properties set back a short, welcoming distance from the street, and sidewalks that promote walking and camaraderie amongst the neighbors.
