RATES

• Horizontal Rectangle: 193 pixels wide x 85 pixels high, $35/month.
• Square: 85 pixels x 85 pixels, $25/month.
• Vertical Rectangle: 100 pixels wide x 177 pixels high, $35/month.

All ads must be pre-paid and run in 4 month increments. Colors must complement the general site design.

Michael reserves the right to limit advertisers to those whom he feels will be beneficial to his readership. You will be responsible for creating your own graphic. (Michael has a designer who can provide this for you at additional cost.) Upon approval and payment (invoice via Google Checkout), Michael will link your ad to any page you desire, as long as it doesn't promote any illegal activity, pornography, or prescription drug site. If Michael declines to host your ad, please don't be offended. He is picky about what gets displayed here and does not intend to advertise just for the sake of money. Michael's readership's interest will always come first.

Ads links will be "nofollowed" for improved SEO reasons. The better this blog performs in search engines, the more viewers your ad will have!

Local real estate agents/brokers need not apply unless you have a very considerable marketing budget.
