I started the SellingTucsonRealEstate forum a couple months ago and to be honest haven’t done a lot to get things going over there. However I would like to get the readers that regularly read this blog to start checking out the forum, and help ask questions and get some good conversations going back and forth about real estate, Tucson, Arizona you name it we have a lot of different subtitles in which people can ask and receive answers. If your not used to forums it can seem a little intimidating that “people are going to read my responses…etc” I have contributed on many forums over the years and the forum format is (in my opinion) the absolute most engaging and best way for those with questions to post them and have them answered by others who have knowledge about that subject. Once you get used to how the forum works I think most will agree that it is a preferred way to be engaged about a subject in this case mostly Tucson Real Estate matters online.

Right now we’re just trying to get things going with it so please feel free to post questions or make comments/ answer questions. User involvement is what this is all about, by building a diverse and lengthy user base I believe it will add a great deal of value to those that want honest and first hand info all about Tucson, real estate, and all the other matters that maybe discussed.

Here’s how you use the forum (In this case we call it an “Online Community” but it means the same thing.)

1) First go to the forum and at the top right of the page click on “Create a New Profile”

2) Once you get there you will see a screen that says: “Username, Email, Password”

3) Fill them out and you will need to enter the password 2x’s (on separate lines) to confirm the password you set matches.

4) Once you have set up your account you can go into the different discussion areas IE: Introduce yourself, Buying, Selling, etc. read through the questions and add to the discussion if you think you have something of interest or a comment.

5) It’s most likely a good idea to start your first “thread” (where you start/ ask a question in the) “Introduce Yourself” section. You can just say hi, where you’re from and anything else you think would like to add about yourself.

6) Once you get the hang of being engaged in the forum, you will see the benefits of being a forum member. If any of you are wondering my user is “oliverm” and I look forward to seeing you on our online community/ forum. Thanks Again!
