		<description>I would recommend it, there are so many issues to comprehend when properties transfer, it's best to have a lawyer draft all the contracts up front when the buyer expresses interest to buy. Some states (northeast) have lawyers conduct closings and the paperwork, real estate agents are just there for marketing,make sure transactions close lawyers handle a large amount of the contracts, addenedums, etc work. When you say "middle man" I assume you mean a real estate agent right?</description>
