I remodeled the home in August of 2007. I replaced all the carpeting with a new plush, neutral color carpet and pad, professionally installed by Lowe’s. I repainted the complete inside including the ceiling. The ceiling is flat white, and the walls are a cream color. The entire landscaping was redone and completely trimmed. The front tree was at least 3 times the size it is now, but by cutting it back so much, it allowed the home to not only be seen from the street, but for additional light to be able to come into the home during the day. The stove is electric and, along with the dishwasher, offers a ton of options to it’s owners.
The open floor plan allows the future owner several options. The downstairs could have a great room feel, or it could be done in a traditional formal living and dining setup. It really would work with both. The upstairs offers a large master bedroom suite, double sinks in the bath, and a closet with organizers and plenty of room. The master bath is set up with a separate, oversized garden tub and a walk-in shower, both with tiled surrounds. The 2 other bedrooms offer cable outlets and closet organizers as well. There is an additional hall bath upstairs that features a tub/shower combo, tiled surrounds, and a window that lets in plenty of light during the day and a vanity for any time additional light is needed. There is a loft that overlooks the majority of the downstairs and would be a very good fit for a home office or media room because it is at the end of the hall and would get minimal disturbances from other home activities.
