Hartman Vistas Home For Sale

Hartman Vistas neighborhood in NW Tucson just north of Cortaro and west of Hartman Lane is a large entry level neighborhood to mid luxury neighborhood with homes starting in the mid $150k’s and going to the low $300k’s. Home sizes also range the smallest floor plan that was built was a 1258sf home  for those needing a larger home Hartman Vistas offers several good sized homes and plans all the way up to 3,090sf. Hartman Vistas located in the 85742 zip code was built by KB Home with land that was owned by New World Home when KB bought the New World’s business in 2002. While KB owned and built most of the neighborhood on the south side of the neighborhood a different series of homes was built by then named Standard Pacific homes now Miramonte Homes, these homes are much wider then the KB series and also smaller ranging in size between 1200sf-1650sf.

Hartman Vistas offers a in demand location with direct easy access to I-10, NW Tucson, and close proximity to local schools such as Mountain View High School where residents of Hartman Vista attend. Roughly 425 homes are part of the Hartman Vistas subdivision. These homes were built from 2002-2006 during the run-up and height of the Tucson real estate boom. Currently there are several foreclosure deals within Hartman Vistas making it one of the best neighborhoods in NW Tucson for buying a foreclosure home. Since these homes were recently built  during the boom many buyers optioned for luxurious upgrades including, Pools/ Spas, Private lots, Decks, High End Kitchens, Stone Exterior Accents, High Ceilings, and upper end landscaping packages on over sized home lots.

Hartman Vistas makes for a great place to call home for other reasons as well. In todays real estate marketplace large scale neighborhoods that require a lot of investment and development are not very favorable by home builders. For those buyers that prefer the larger well done neighborhood with a diverse mixture of homes sizes and styles Hartman Vistas is a great option. The neighborhood due to its large upper end homes gives off an aura of “high end” for a lower price than other neighborhoods that offer a similar location. Other neighborhoods such as Ironwood Reserve and Continental Reserve or Oro Valley’s highly popular Canada Hills are all more expensive options although in today’s market home deals exist everywhere including those  ”move-up” higher end subdivisions.
