		<description>There are some good builders and some really bad builders everywhere. Sadly many will try to cut the agent out and end up losing more because they don't understand how things work. It is always a good idea to do an inspection - and make sure that the builder offers a guarantee/warranty for one year AND have an inspection before that warranty is over!</description>
