- We will schedule and attend all inspections needed to find out the true condition of the property you intend to buy. We will also offer advice regarding repairs that should be requested from the seller and help negotiate to make sure you are getting what you need in terms of the condition of the home.
- Once all inspections and negotiations are completed, we will schedule closing appointments with the title company and also keep in close contact with the lender to make sure everyone will be ready to close on time.
- Once the property is closed, we will schedule the pick up of keys and other items needed to take possession of property.
- If needed, we will assist in the scheduling of moving times/dates to make sure that you have as easy and stress-free move as possible.
