Requirements

1. Homes can only be shown from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (7 days a week). This is a courtesy to the current owners. The requirement can be waived if the current owner or listing agent authorizes an earlier or later showing.
2. You must call 2 hours ahead so that Michael or an associate can set up the showing with the listing agent and/or current owner.
3. You must be a current client by having entered into a Buyer Broker agreement with Michael Oliver prior to the showing. The agreement documents can be faxed to you anytime prior to the showing.
4. You must already be pre-qualified with a lender and have received an LSR for your loan pre-approval, or be paying cash for the home.
