The Gallery at Dove Mountain

Positioned in the foothills of the Tortolita Mountains, the Gallery Golf Course offers an exceptionally gorgeous site with liberal fairways and undulating greens. Designed by golf course architects John Fought and Tom Lehman, The Gallery at Dove Mountain features more than 100 bunkers across the course. The front nine work their way up Ruelas Canyon and the back nine go up into Wild Burro Canyon. When playing this course or living within The Gallery, spectacular views of the entire valley can be seen. These views are breathtaking, to put it mildly. Don't miss taking the opportunity to play this course and view some of the properties for sale when considering a golf course property in Tucson Arizona (AZ).
Intended as a private course, the Gallery has sold memberships to customers who have not necessarily purchased property there. The development will have the right to buy those memberships back for property owners when needed. At this time they are also allowing limited outside play, so take the opportunity. Have lunch or a drink at their new clubhouse, which will strike you as remarkable and was designed by the same architect who did the clubhouse at Desert Mountain Golf Club in Carefree. There is a Hyatt hotel planned to go in next to the clubhouse, and insider knowledge says they will build a course of their own. At present, dirt lot sales are vigorous, ranging in cost from $200,000 to a select few of ridge top lots in the $1,000,000+ variety. Three spec residences are at this time under construction and a sequence of golf villas are planned for the near future. |
