Michael and his team offer consulting for FSBO's who would like a true professional to be available to answer questions and help with pricing and marketing strategies. Other services offered are negotiation assistance, and "Help Me" services (general consultation services) for FSBO's who may have a deal under contract but the deal is hung up, or who just honestly don't know what to do next. As the consumer, you only pay for the service/time needed. Michael's fee may seem steep, but compared with the cost of making a mistake on a business transaction worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, it pales in comparison.

Fees/Services rendered

• Pre-Market Consultation: $299/hr, minimum of 3 hours. Michael will pull comparable sales, meet with you to go over pricing and current market trends, discuss marketing strategies you may want to employ, and also go over what should be done to make your home show in its best condition. He will answer all questions you have about the sale of your home.
• Negotiation Assistance: $5,000 for up to 5 hours. Additional time billed at $1000/hr. Michael will negotiate on your behalf and complete all contracts, addendums, and other paperwork needed. This service is for the initial negotiation of sales price through close of escrow. If you're selling on your own, this service should be seriously considered because (although never guaranteed), this service will often pay for itself and then some. Remember, if the buyer has a real estate agent, that agent works for the buyer NOT you, so tread carefully.
• General Consulting Services: $1000/hr, minimum of 3 hours.
