- Buyer looking for a 3 bed 2 bath (one story or two), at least 2000 sqft in Oro Valley. Prefers Canada Hills, Rancho Vistoso, Villages of La Canada, but will also consider Dove Mountain. This buyer wants a nicely upgraded home, tile floors, prefers granite counters, large patio and a landscaped rear yard. Qualified up to 450k.
- Buyer from San Diego looking for a large home (at least 3,000 sqft) in the foothills. Home must be in a gated community, must offer upgraded kitchen, outstanding views and must be either a custom or semi custom home. Buyer does not want look at any track built homes. Buyer also prefers a large pool but will consider any home that has a lot large enough to build a pool after closing. Looking at homes priced from 1M to 1.75M.
- Buyer looking for a newer home (built 2000 or after) near Raytheon (SE or E side) that has at least 3 bedrooms. Prefers a large kitchen, with a great room floor plan vs. formal living/family room. Buyer wants large master bedroom and separate tub shower in master bath. Buyer qualified for up to 375k.
- Buyer looking for a horse property on the NW side of town. Home must be at least a 3 bed with 2 baths and have horse facilities. Silverbell/Cortaro area works best, but any property in NW Tucson will be considered. Buyer's price range is between 450k-650k.
- 1st time buyer looking for NW home, 4 bed/2 bath, priced at 175k or lower. Also prefers a 2-car garage but carport will also be considered.
- Buyer wants at least 1700 sqft home in Oro Valley with 3 or 4 beds (3 beds with a den/office works best). Also wants a large master closet and is qualified for up to 250k.
- Buyer from Florida needs a home in Continental Ranch/Continental Reserve. Must be at least 1400 sqft with an oversized guest bedroom. Also need a separate shower tub in the master bath. Buyer prefers granite countertops in the kitchen but will consider any home with a good condition kitchen (newer appliances, counter, cabs). Has to keep price at 250k or under.
- Buyer looking for a luxury home near Skyline/Orange Grove area. Will consider all North or NE but prefers that location. Buyer needs at least a 4 or 5 bed; 4 bed with an office/den is even better. Buyer wants a chef's kitchen with upgraded SS or Copper finished appliances and also at least an acre lot (although just under an acre should be ok as well). Buyer would like to have outstanding views of the city and also really wants a pool with a connected spa. Buyer will consider homes priced at 900k-1.25M.
- Buyer seeks a condo on the east side or central for under 125k. Needs a 2 bed and prefers a 1.5 bath, but will consider a 1 bath.
- Buyer needs upscale home near Northwest Medical Center (Orange Grove/La Canada area). Wants a large 1 story (at least 2500 sqft) that has many upgraded features. Qualified up to 525k.
- Buyer looking for a home in a historic neighborhood (i.e., Sam Hughes, Armory Park, or Barrio Historico). Buyer wants a very historic looking home in a registered historic neighborhood. Will consider homes priced from 475k-550k.
- Buyer wants medium sized (2000-3000 sqft) home that backs to a golf course on the north, northwest, or northeast side. Home needs to have high ceilings, 3 car garage, plus a great backyard for entertaining, pool a big plus looking for home priced between 450k-525k.
- Buyer in search of a home in Rancho Sahaurita. Prefers a 1 story, 3 bed home. Buyer is qualified up to 155k and would like to move in a couple months.
- Buyer wants to purchase a home in El Encanto. Is willing to spend up to 950k but also wants a pool area and a home that has been well taken care of.
- Buyer wants to purchase a home on NW, N side of town, preferably Dove Mountain or the Catalina Foothills. Home needs to be at least 3500sf, 4 bed, 3 bath, on at least a 1/2 acre. Buyer also prefers a newer home, but older homes that have been remodeled will also be considered.
- Buyer looking for a 2 story home on SW side of town. Eagle Point, Midvale, and Star Valley will all be considered. Buyer needs at least a 3/2 with at least 1300sf.
- Buyer needs Continental Ranch or Continental Reserve area. Wants at least 1500sf 3/2 for under 450k.
- Buyer needs Casas Adobes neighborhood. Wants an average size home in Casas Adobes that is on at least a 1/2 acre and has lots of character to it. Homes within a 5 mile radius of the Foothills Mall will be considered.
- Buyer pre-qualified for 275k looking to purchase on the east side. Buyer wants at least 2000sf and wants to have good views.
- Buyer looking to move to the NW side and would like to purchase particularly Oro Valley areas of Canada Hills, Rancho Vistoso, Tangerine Heights, Coyote Ridge, Honeybee Canyon Estates, or La Cholla Airpark. Buyer wants larger estate property.
- Buyer wants home on SE side of town. Sycamore Canyon and Santa Rita master planned communities will be considered. Buyer pre-qualified up to 400k.
- Buyer in need of a home in District 16 that is newer and has at least 3000sf. Buyer approved for up to 725k.
- Buyer searching for a home in Rancho Sahuarita. Needs at least 2000sf, preferably a 1-story, but 2-story also works as long as the home has a decent-sized back yard. Buyer pre-qualified up to 375k.
- Buyer looking for a vacant residential lot to build a home on at least 1 acre. Prefers flat lot on the N, NW, or NE sides of town. Buyer willing to pay up to 500k for the right lot to be able to build his dream home on.
