La Paloma Country Club
Situated in the heart of the Foothills of Tucson Arizona (AZ), The Westin La Paloma Resort and Country Club was built in the mid 80's along with Loews Ventana Canyon.
The north side of La Paloma offers condos, town homes, patio homes and single family homes for sale. Homes in La Paloma Country Club in the Tucson foothills began to be constructed in 1985 and the area has been constantly developed ever since. Prices will range from $150,000 and up for a condo, $200,000 and up for a town home, $325,000 and up for a patio home, to $550,000 and up for a single family home. The South side (Resort side), was developed in the 90's and is comprised of acre lots with custom built homes from $675,000 and up. Most are full time residents, but the La Paloma Country Club is also the perfect place to elect to buy a vacation residence.
La Paloma Country Club's golf course was designed by Jack Nicolaus. Jack designed this course in 1983 during his target golf days — 27 holes with inconceivable mountain and city vistas. Anticipate a taxing course with a lot of risks and hopefully rewards as you trek your way through the desert.
While you enjoy your round you will most likely take in the whole environment of the Sonoran Desert. Coyotes, mountain lions, red tail hawks, and all other desert animals can be seen while playing a round at La Paloma Country Club. La Paloma offers the Ridge, Hill and Canyon courses, which the members share with the hotel guests at the adjacent Westin La Paloma Resort. Most members rarely have trouble getting a tee time. As customary in Tucson, everyone is pleased to accommodate.
