| Comments/Suggestions: I bought the home as an investment property so I had no real emotional tie to it. With that being said, I was very unhappy with the sales team. They would rarely return phone calls and never seemed to have any correct answers to questions. I understand that there are always delays in new home construction, but for a salesperson not to even know basic construction information was unacceptable. One hand never knew what the other was doing. After I closed on the home and wanted a few items fixed, I had to threaten them with the registrar of contractors before they agreed to fix them. | |
