How it works: Michael will regularly make recordings in his system with details about your transaction. You will be given a toll-free 800 number and a special code to access your particular transaction. You can call the VIP Line and hear a recording of the latest updates on your transaction any day and any time. No more being in the dark when it comes to your real estate transaction.

Who this service is for:

  • Buyers who are currently under a Buyer Broker agreement with Michael. (This simply states Michael is the real estate agent you have hired to assist you in finding a new home.)
  • Sellers who are currently listing their home for sale with Michael Oliver.

This service costs you, the client, NOTHING ADDITIONAL. It is simply available to clients who want to be able to obtain instant updates to their transaction. No more leaving messages, or waiting for call backs.

Urgent matters will, of course, be handled either in person, or with a live phone call.
